Here at Banana Moon we recognise that our company objectives should not only benefit our members and Directors but, through our business and operations, we will have a positive impact on society and critically the environment. We have amended our articles of association to reflect these objectives.
Our Directors are all fully committed to using our business as a force for good and will ensure the company meets the highest possible standards of performance in respect to the company’s contribution to society and the environment. We aim to be transparent and accountable for our actions.
Our Directors shall always have regard to the likely consequences of any decision of the company in the short and long term on our employees, clients, the community, our environment and any other stakeholders.
