As a Living Wage Employer, we have committed to paying all of our team members a real Living Wage because we believe "A Hard Day's Work deserves a Fair Day's Pay".

The Living Wage is higher than the government’s minimum or National Living Wage. It is calculated yearly and is an independently calculated hourly pay rate based on the actual cost of living.
