The Difference is in the Detail

When it comes to fleeces, the magic is in the details. You want a garment that feels great, looks smart, and stands up to everyday wear. But what about your brand? At Banana Moon, we know that a logo on a fleece isn't just a detail—it's a statement. That's why we believe embroidery is the premier choice for fleeces, and we're passionate about getting it right.

We manage our entire production process in-house, which means your logo is in expert hands from start to finish. Our team handles the intricate digitising process, converting your design into a stitch-by-stitch masterpiece. This is especially important for thick fleece fabric, where precision is key. Our expertise ensures your logo is sharp and professional, with every stitch perfectly placed. We’re also proud to use high-quality, anti-pill fleeces that resist bobbling and stay looking smart, wash after wash.

As our founder Alex often says, "We’re not just in the business of printing logos - customers choose us cause they can feel the difference...". That difference is our commitment to quality, our passion for your brand, and our dedication to making sure your custom fleeces are something you can be truly proud of.

FAQs

What's the difference between a full-zip and a quarter-zip fleece?

A full-zip fleece has a zipper that runs all the way down the front, just like a jacket, making it easy to put on and take off. A quarter-zip fleece has a zipper that only goes a quarter of the way down from the neck, offering a more classic look and still providing good ventilation. Both are fantastic choices for your personalised uniform or team wear.

Are your fleeces anti-pill to ensure they stay looking smart?

We understand that quality is everything. Many of our fleeces, including some of our most popular styles, are made with anti-pill technology. This means the fleece fabric is specially treated to resist the small balls of fibre (pills) that can form over time, keeping your fleeces looking smooth and professional for longer.

Do you have eco-friendly fleeces made from recycled materials?

Our commitment to sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We offer a selection of eco-friendly fleeces, some of which are made from responsibly sourced recycled plastic bottles. We’re always looking for innovative and greener options to help you make a positive impact with your clothing choices. Just ask us about our 'Products for Good' range.

How complex can an embroidered logo be on a fleece?

Our expert team is brilliant at handling complexity. Thanks to our in-house digitising process, we can accurately translate intricate designs into stunning embroidery. While very small details may sometimes need simplifying for the best result, we'll always work with you to ensure your logo looks incredible and true to your brand.

Are fleeces a suitable choice for outdoor work uniforms?

Fleeces are warm, comfortable, and durable, making them ideal for outdoor work. They're also breathable, allowing for ease of movement and comfort throughout the day. With your embroidered logo, fleeces provide a smart and professional look for any team working outdoors.

How is a logo applied to a fleece jacket?

For fleece jackets, we highly recommend embroidery. It's the most durable and professional way to apply a logo to this type of fabric. The logo is stitched directly onto the fleece using high-quality threads, creating a premium finish that won’t fade or peel over time. Our in-house experts handle everything, ensuring your logo is perfectly placed and looks amazing.

What is the difference between printing and embroidery on fleece?

The main difference is the application method and the final look. Printing involves applying ink to the surface of the fabric, while embroidery uses thread to stitch the logo directly onto the garment. For fleeces, embroidery is generally the superior option. The texture of the fleece fabric can make it difficult to achieve a crisp, long-lasting print, whereas embroidery provides a robust, professional, and tactile finish that is built to last.
