It's simple and hassle-free for the school. Once the design is approved, we create a private, password-protected shop link exclusively for your school. We upload your specific hoodie styles, approved colours, and pricing. Parents and students then visit the link, select their size/style, add any optional personalisation (like a nickname), and pay us directly. We handle all the order collection, payment processing, and final distribution.

To create the iconic 'names in a number' back print, we need a complete and final list of the students' names. We recommend collecting this list early and ensuring all spellings are correct before submission, as changes after artwork approval may incur delays.
Our minimum order quantity for custom Leavers Hoodies is 10 garments. This minimum applies to the total order, even if the garments are different sizes and colours.
The easiest and most stress-free way is to use our custom online shop service. This shifts the entire burden of order collection, size sorting, and payment management from the school staff to our dedicated fulfilment team. You simply approve the design, share the shop link, and we manage the rest.
