When Can I Get My Order?

We usually aim to get your order dispatched within 8-11 working days. We have a speedy turnaround, but this can change depending on how many orders we have. When placing your order, the website will tell you the next available delivery date. 

What If I Have A Specific Deadline?

Well that’s no problem! At the checkout, you can select the exact date you want your order to be delivered on. If the deadline is crucial, please let us know. Write a note on your order or drop us an email. We will note this and make sure we meet your deadline. 

European Deliveries

As well as UK deliveries, we can also deliver to a wide range of European countries. BFPO Deliveries

BFPO locations, N. Ireland, Eire and other overseas locations – chargeable based on weight of parcel(s). This service is provided by The British Forces Post Office Delivery Service


Can I Return My Order?

Plain garments can be returned, and you will receive a full refund. You must return them within 28 days, and they should be in perfect condition. 

We do not accept returns of personalised items, unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design. If this is the case, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery. If you fail to do this, a replacement order is not guaranteed.


How Do I Return My Order?

For plain garments, head to your account and print your invoice. Mark the items you are returning with the relevant return code. Let us know within 28 days, pop it back in the box with your printed invoice and mail it back to us. 

For personalised garments we ask that you send an email to sales@bananamoon.co.uk. Let our lovely team know why you want to return it and provide an image of the issue. We will always try our best to resolve any customer issue, so get in contact with our sales team to start the returns process.

Why Can't I Return My Order?

We will not allow returns or refunds for personalised items with a mistake made by the customer. Every order will have an online proof, or a proof sent to you by our team. Once you accept the proof, Banana Moon are not liable. We try our best to spot mistakes early, but it is your responsibility to check your proof carefully.
