Background
Established over 250 years ago, Fulneck School is an independent day and boarding school for boys and girls in Leeds. Fulneck is a vibrant, inclusive school community providing an inspirational and stimulating learning environment for its 350 pupils.
The Opportunity
After a particularly challenging academic year during the COVID pandemic, The Fulneck Junior School wanted to run a fun, art-based project for all the children that would mark the end of the year and celebrate the resilience they had shown. The school chose the perfect memento; each child would receive a personalised hoodie, featuring their own artwork.
The Solution
We helped Fulneck to choose the perfect hoodie, which we were able to supply in a beautiful array of colours so that each child could select their favourite. We worked closely with the school, producing a range of carefully thought-out designs for them to choose from. Each child’s name and their artwork were printed on the back of the hoodies using navy and gold to reflect the colours of the school brand. A poignant rainbow was then embroidered on to the front to finish. The result was a truly unique, one-of-a-kind hoodie for each child.
