Established in 1993, we're a family company that has grown from a lifestyle craft business to an agile, responsible and visionary personalised clothing supplier operating from a 10,000 sq. ft purpose-built facility in Yorkshire, UK.
We are so pleased to announce that Banana Moon has been B-Corp certified! This certification acknowledges our continued commitment to people and our planet and we feel extremely happy and proud to achieve B-Corp certification after years of hard work.
One of the great things about Banana Moon, is the super-fast turnaround. We strive to give you quick delivery and flexible options, so you can get your order when you want it! Our delivery pricing is listed below, but if you have any other questions check out our FAQ’s.
Depending on the time of year our standard turnaround is usually between 5-10 working days, but this can change depending on how many orders we have. When placing your order, the website will estimate the next available delivery date at checkout based on our live schedules.
Well that’s no problem! At the checkout, you will be shown an estimated delivery date. If the deadline is crucial, please let us know. Write a note on your order or drop us an email. We will note this and do our best to make sure we meet your deadline. If we are unable to meet your required date we will contact you to advise. For any queries please feel free to discuss with our sales team.
£6.50 - Delivery on orders under £150
Free Delivery on all orders over £150.
(All prices quoted are based on ex VAT and delivery service is provided as a next day tracked service with 1 hour windows for delivery. Please note Free Delivery is applicable to UK Mainland only which excludes The Scottish Highlands)
£6.50 (ex VAT) delivery for each location. This option is only available to UK Mainland addresses.
Add your main address, then select the 'Multiple Locations' shipping option at checkout and we will ship your order to individuals for one price. We will contact you once you've placed your order to collect all addresses, then we'll handle the rest.
BFPO locations, N. Ireland, Eire and other overseas locations – chargeable based on weight of parcel(s). This service is provided by The British Forces Post Office Delivery Service
As well as UK deliveries, we can also deliver to a wide range of European countries. The full list is as follows: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, Croatia Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information, please contact your local customs office. VAT is not charged on overseas orders.
Plain garments can be returned, but you must return them within 28 days, and they should be in perfect condition. Once your return is received, checked & approved a refund will be made.
We do not accept returns of personalised items, unless the garment is faulty or there is an issue with the design. If this is the case, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery. If you fail to do this, a replacement order is not guaranteed.
We will not allow returns or refunds for personalised items with a mistake made by the customer. Every order will have an online proof, or a proof sent to you by our team. Once you accept the proof, Banana Moon are not liable. We try our best to spot mistakes early, but it is your responsibility to check your proof carefully.
For plain garments, head to your account and print your invoice. Mark the items you are returning with the relevant return code. Let us know within 28 days, pop it back in the box with your printed invoice and mail it back to us.
For personalised garments we ask that you send an email to sales@bananamoon.co.uk. Let our lovely team know why you want to return it and provide an image of the issue. We will always try our best to resolve any customer issue, so get in contact with our sales team to start the returns process.
