Background
A husband-and-wife team dedicated to making fitness
accessible to everyone, Buds Fitness provides coaching in their Private Personal Training Studio and offers a range of fitness and well-being products through their online store.
Since 2022, they have been hosting events to raise awareness and funds for mental health. Originally called ‘Deadlifts Over Depression’, these events have been rebranded to ‘Together We Lift’ in June 2024 to better engage beginner lifters. They are now expanding to events across the UK and bringing people together from professionals to first time lifters. So far, in 2024, their events have raised almost £7,000 across three locations!
The opportunity
In 2024, Buds Fitness were preparing for Mental Health
Awareness Events in Yorkshire and Scotland, and they needed custom T-shirts for the occasions. They came up with some amazing designs, which we were thrilled to bring to life for them.
The solution
Buds Fitness selected various coloured T-shirts, each featuring unique designs and sponsor logos on the back. To make this more budget-friendly, we edited some of their artwork to a single colour, allowing it to adapt seamlessly to a wider range of shirt colours. Buds Fitness has now ordered their merchandise from us for five events, and we look forward to continuing our partnership for many more of their amazing events!
