Mo demolished these in seconds on the day of the bake off. Thank you to Paul and his kitchen helper, Jackie, for delivering these little beauties.
8 oz self raising flour
1 oz Demerara sugar
3 oz butter or sunflower spread
1. Add ripe banana and teaspoon of cinnamon Mix and then slowly add vanilla soya milk to mix ensuring mixture not too wet.
2. Put mixture on clean floured surface and prepare it to be cut into small individual scones Bake in oven for 10 minutes or so until brown @ 190 Take out and cool on baking sheet.
Enjoy with jam and clotted cream….Yum yum
